INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cucumbers
- 100 gr. katiki cheese or frischkäse
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 sprigs of basil, finely chopped
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- optionally, chopped cherry tomatoes
PREPARATION:
Wash the cucumbers and cut them in half.
Remove the inside and keep it separately. Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper and the rest of the cucumber.
Fill the four halves of cucumbers and garnish with basil leaves
