INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large onion in thin slices
- 1 medium size white cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 small celery root, cut into slices
- 200 gr. rice
- 700 ml of water
- juice of a lemon
- 1 tbsp. dill, finely chopped
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- 50 ml oil
PREPARATION:
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan and sauté the onion until soft.
Add the cabbage and celery root and continue sautéing for another 5 minutes. Add the washed rice and water, salt and pepper and stir.
